That’s it, folks. Jana and I have enjoyed a great three weeks on Saint Martin and Anguilla. Today, we are heading back to the cold and the snow. Here are a final couple of sunset-shots from our hill above Grand Case.

Our tiny breakfast patio is perched high above Grand Case. The infinity-pool in the main part of the villa has quite a scary edge. There is a big drop-off!

Many of the restaurants in Grand Case quite literally hang out over the beach. When the tide is in, they hang over the water. Some restaurants post blackboard-menus on the outside wall facing the beach. They succeeded in tempting us in … not that we take much tempting … 🙂

During the night and early each morning, we get short tropical rainstorms which are thunderous on the tin roof of our villa. From our perch up here, high above Grand Case, we get splendid views of the rainbows. We try to wait until they have all blown away before we trek down the hill into…
